I think they had a video of their engineers doing the tear down.

might be able to google something, I think it was part of the visitor center tour.

I use the Tim Hortons take 10.  Take the bag out of the box, fill er up and freeze.

no leakage when they melt and you can use the water if you after it thaws if you need it.
