well howdy y’all. Here’s a few pics from my trip to the Texas Toyota plant last week:

The Riverwalk was beautiful. Even in the “winter”.
While we were there, it was -2 and freezing rain. Nearly shut the whole city down. They blamed it on the Canadians.
Always funny to see places deal with snow and ice that aren’t used it. Awesome stuff, it’s a real shame about the hubcaps on the Stout pickup though.

did you get to see the million mile tundra?! it was an ’07 with the 4.7, just like my old one!! comparing mine to that one, mine had 188,500 kms on her, barely even broken in!!
I think they had a video of their engineers doing the tear down.
might be able to google something, I think it was part of the visitor center tour.
Hey Kev, that was actually the video I saw at the plant – it was the one I was looking for, but utube is banned at work, so I couldn’t see if it was the right one or not…
