If anyone is trying to upload pics from a cell phone, you can  choose one on your phone to upload.

You will however need to turn your phone horizontal to see the field on the right of the input box, so you can see the button to select photos from your phone.

You will also have to fill in the “image description” field, otherwise the photo won’t appear.
