KeymasterThat looks WAY tidier and much more efficient. The old location of the TA cooler was probably a small part of the overheating problem – blocking airflow to the rad.

KeymasterWe went with charcoal for the door. Finished framing around the windows and doors yesterday and installing the door latch hardware and weather stripping.

Could you use a hood scoop to pull cool air into the engine bay? Not really the proper function for a scoop, but it could pull cool air into the compartment.
