Got a new Bradley smoker. Put some bacon and sausage on for dinner tonight. It was F-omg amazing!!!

I do a bunch of things pretty well…. Changed it up tonight with insulation, vapour barrier and drywall inside the garage.

That looks WAY tidier and much more efficient. The old location of the TA cooler was probably a small part of the overheating problem – blocking airflow to the rad.

2 coats of stain on the board. Now working on the batten. Cutting it to length, staining and installing… slowly…

When I did the rad in my 09, I found that one of the bracket bolts was missing from the factory…
